Katie Price has received public support from a famous friend, who has described the former glamour model as 'deeply misunderstood' amid the ongoing drama surrounding her marriage to Lee Andrews.
Model and TV personality Danielle Lloyd has spoken warmly about Katie, insisting the mum-of-five remains a genuinely kind person despite years of public scrutiny and constant headlines.

Her comments come as Katie continues to navigate a difficult period following months of reports surrounding husband Lee Andrews, who has faced legal troubles in Dubai and remains at the centre of ongoing controversy. Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star in collaboration with casino.org, Danielle admitted she still has huge affection for Katie despite the pair no longer being in regular contact.
Danielle said: 'Listen, I love Katie Price, and I think she's so misunderstood. She's been through so much, and I genuinely think she's a really good person. She's like me... she was part of that era, she's been through a lot, and I think a lot of it was quite traumatising at the time.'

Most recently, the spotlight has fallen on her whirlwind marriage to Lee Andrews, whom she married just days after meeting. She continued: 'She's had her ups and downs, but she always comes out fighting, and I really admire that. She is a genuine person, and she goes through so much every single day, especially on social media. The trolling and the abuse she gets must be incredibly hard to deal with.'
Online criticism
Danielle admitted she understands how damaging online criticism can be, although she says she's now learned not to dwell on it. 'Even if I get one bad message, it upsets me, so God knows how she gets through it all every day,' she explained.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star said her own online experience has changed dramatically over the years. 'To be honest, I used to get really upset by social media and some messages would really ruin my day, but now my social media is actually really mumsy. Everyone's just happy, friendly, and nice. I think about 89% of my followers are women, so they mainly follow me for my kids and things like that. So for the most part, mine's actually a really nice space. It's good to connect with people.'
She added that negative comments still appear from time to time but no longer have the same impact. 'You do always get the odd comment though. There's always someone saying you look old, grey, or haggard, and I'm like, 'Well, I am 42, it's okay.' Like, it's fine — I'm not 20 anymore.'
