Lee Andrews, the fourth husband of Katie Price, is facing renewed scrutiny after a photograph of him posing with elephants at Taronga Zoo in Sydney came under question. Andrews claimed on social media that he was donating to save elephants through his company Aura's philanthropic channel, referring to 'The Andrews Elephant Paddock'. However, the zoo has no record of any such paddock named after him or his business.
A representative for Taronga Zoo told The Sun that animal habitats are not typically named in recognition of individual donors. The enclosure where Andrews was photographed had also been closed around the time of his post, with the Asian elephants relocated to Monarto Safari Park in South Australia. The original social media post is no longer available.
This is the latest in a series of claims about Andrews that have been questioned. His LinkedIn profile stated he was a 'Member Of The Board of Advisors for the Labour Party' since 2015, but a Labour source told the Mirror that no such board exists and that Andrews does not work with them. Additionally, profiles allegedly of Andrews appeared on escort websites in Dubai, listing him as 'Noah' and offering services to women only. Andrews denied involvement, blaming a 'disgruntled ex' for creating a fake profile.
Andrews, 41, has been living in Dubai for two decades and married Price in a quickie ceremony there. He has consistently defended himself against accusations that many of his online boasts are untrue, with fans dubbing him a 'Walter Mitty' character in response to the ongoing revelations.
