Katie Price has denied making a sex tape with her husband Lee Andrews, following reports that he allegedly planned to sell footage of the pair for £250,000. The 48-year-old said she intends to question him over a series of allegations.
Earlier this week, The Sun reported that Lee boasted about possessing a 'short video' of such footage which could be sold for £250,000. According to the publication, he made the claim in a voice note to somebody 'professional', and it was understood to have been sent to companies including Vivid Entertainment, who have reportedly profited from previous high-profile sex tapes.
The Sun further alleged that the mother-of-five's third husband backtracked upon discovering that selling the video would be unlawful, insisting he 'wasn't being serious'.
Podcast Addresses Allegations
Addressing the matter on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, her sister and co-presenter Sophie began by saying: 'I thought this was disgusting if I'm honest,' before raging: 'The fact that he's even talking about you in that context is f*****g out of order, he's a d***head.'
Katie went on to clarify that she has not recorded a sex tape with Lee and maintained he was 'joking' in the voice note, though conceded it wasn't pleasant to hear.
She continued: 'But besides all of this, there is so much coming out about Lee and everyone is saying, "Why isn't Kate talking?" Do you know why I'm not talking? Because there is so much, I'm just not commenting anymore. I commented when he went missing, but he's in prison, and I will be questioning him about a lot of things when he's out.'
Lee Andrews' Legal Troubles
The former glamour model continued by saying she was 'just getting on' with her life and slammed the situation as 'ridiculous'. 'There is so much, there is no smoke without fire,' she added.
Lee is understood to have been imprisoned in Dubai for alleged fraud. Additional reports suggest his financial difficulties relate to outstanding debts, including 266,060 dirhams (£54,000) he owes to a car rental firm. He has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and accusations he is a conman.
According to the publication, Katie's husband was freed from Al Awir prison earlier this week, after a brief spell, though her most recent remarks indicate he remains behind bars.
In a closing statement on the matter, she told listeners: 'As I've always said, Lee has done nothing wrong to me and I've never paid for anything, I've never given him money, I've not paid his bail. But, all this stuff coming out, I don't like what he's done to everyone else, that is not acceptable. So I will be finding out what's true and what is not and face it.'
