Katie Price confronted her husband Lee Andrews over claims he was planning to leave her for a younger man, according to reports. The allegations emerged from TikTok account Chaos Corner, which posted screenshots of WhatsApp messages purportedly showing Lee promising a younger man he would leave his wife. The messages also allegedly included credit card details for the man to buy himself 'something nice'.
Lee Andrews denies allegations
The Sun reported that it verified the texts by comparing the phone number provided by the anonymous man with the one they had for Lee, confirming they match. Katie reportedly confronted Lee over the phone on Tuesday night, and he 'adamantly rejected' the claims.
Homosexuality is still illegal in Dubai, where the messages were allegedly sent, carrying punishments of up to 10 years in prison, deportation, or the death penalty.
Family distances itself
Lee's family has publicly distanced themselves from him, with his sister Kelly Andrews and a former school friend releasing a statement. 'The Lee we knew was never like this, which makes it even harder for us, as his sister and as a friend, to get our heads around everything that's come to light,' they said. They described the saga as 'incredibly painful' for his family.
Lee's father Peter was jailed alongside him but both have since been released. A source told The Sun: 'Katie is aware that Peter has been let out and has spoken to him. She's focusing on her life and job commitments in the UK at the moment and just putting her best foot forward.'
Dog left behind
The couple's dog, Dubaii, was left 'abandoned' when Lee returned to prison, despite reportedly saying he would pay for the Pomski to be brought to the UK. The dog was later picked up by Lee's ex Dina, reportedly at Katie's request.
Financial issues
The Sun also reported that a brief £300 million partnership Lee obtained with the UAE Royal Family Offices was terminated after representatives checked his finances. Despite pledging around £10 million, his bank showed only 27 Dirhams. Lee has not addressed these claims but denies everything else put to him.
