Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway has broken her silence on the viral moment Tom Daley mocked her use of the word 'flabbergasted' on the BBC show Celebrity Traitors. The Olympic diver, who was recently 'murdered' on the programme, had rolled his eyes at Garraway's comment and later posted a video on Instagram saying, 'Well, I guess my flabbers were officially gasted.'
Speaking at the Pride of Britain Awards on Monday evening, Garraway insisted there was no bad blood between them. She told MailOnline: 'I love Tom. But clearly my 'flabbergasted' is not his cup of tea. Although he did send a message saying his 'gasted was fully flabbered' - so I think he's on board now.'
The Celebrity Traitors series features 19 celebrities working together to identify the Traitors among them, with the Faithfuls sharing a £100,000 prize for charity. Garraway expressed shock when Paloma Faith was the first to be killed, prompting Daley's eye-roll and subsequent mockery.
Meanwhile, Paloma Faith has spoken of feeling 'betrayed' after being murdered by close friend Alan Carr. The singer was stunned to learn that Carr, along with Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns, were the Traitors responsible for her downfall.
