Former TOWIE star Kate Ferdinand has emotionally revealed the strain of being separated from her husband, football legend Rio Ferdinand, as he travels to Dubai for work commitments.
The 32-year-old reality star shared her vulnerable side with followers, admitting to having a complete 'meltdown' as she manages their bustling household alone. The couple, who share three young children together, are facing their first significant period apart since expanding their family.
'I've really been struggling this week,' Kate confessed in a heartfelt Instagram story. 'Rio has gone to Dubai for work and I've had a bit of a meltdown to be honest with you. I'm not great when he's away.'
