Kate Cassidy showcased her incredible figure as she posed up a storm in a tiny bikini in Instagram snaps on Wednesday. The influencer, 27, appeared to be enjoying a spa visit as she left little to the imagination in the black and white striped two-piece which she accessorised with a pair of glasses.
Giving her followers a glimpse of her toned physique from all angles, Kate, who dated Liam Payne until his death in October 2024, relaxed on a lounger before also sharing the thong bottoms from behind. In a final shot, Kate filmed herself writing the numbers '444', which is her and Liam's angel number, on the condensation in the glass.
Her post comes after she revealed she is ready to start dating again, 18 months after the One Direction star's tragic passing. She dated the singer for two years, until he died in October 2024 at the age of 31, after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with alcohol and cocaine found in his system.
Ready to Move Forward
Since his death, Kate has been very open with her followers about her grief process, often taking to social media to share how she feels. Last month, she declared she was ready to get back into the dating game and that she knew Liam would want her to move on.
In an Instagram video, she confessed: 'I am ready to start dating again. It has been a year and a half since Liam passed away. I think that love after loss is a big chapter within your grief journey and I don't know how that is going to feel. But I do know that I loved being in love. I want to have kids one day, I want to have a family and I know Liam would want that for me and if the roles were reversed I would want him to be happy and fall in love again.'
She continued: 'I will always love Liam and that will never change no matter who I meet and who comes into my life. I am going to think about Liam on my wedding day, I am going to think about him everyday for the rest of my life and that goes without saying.'
Teasing a Return to Dating
Kate had previously teased that she was ready to start dating again in a fun TikTok video earlier in April, where she reached out to the network responsible for The Bachelorette to ask to be chosen for the show. She danced for the camera wearing sunglasses and wrote: 'Heard they're looking for a new Bachelorette.... hi', while adding in the caption: 'hi abc'.
Fans took to the comments to say they would tune-in if Kate starred on the hit US show because she would be a 'good match'. They wrote: 'I'd watch the show for the first time if you went on it; Wait but genuinely this can happen; Girl wait.. you might be onto something here..; Your season would EAT; Actually you would be a good match for this; I'd watch the bachelorette for the first time in my life if they picked you'.
Upsetting Liam's Family and Friends
It comes after it was revealed that Kate's relentless social media posts about her relationship with Liam are upsetting his friends and family. Sources told the Daily Mail that her posts were 'triggering', 'distasteful' and 'unhelpful', while others said it felt she was trying to 'one-up' Liam's ex and the mother of his son Bear, nine.
Kate recently hit back at an online troll who said that they wished she would stop talking about the late singer and move on. She took to TikTok to declare: 'Let me tell you something, Liam Payne was my boyfriend. He wasn't just this famous figure to me. It hurts so bad because I am just criticised all the time for speaking about my boyfriend that passed away, the person that I loved and still do love. I would never settle for anyone in this lifetime who did not feel comfortable enough with me speaking about Liam.'
'Liam was a very big part of my life. He was my best friend, somebody I really thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with and, obviously, I know one day I'm going to have to move on. I want to get married one day. I want to have kids. When a person dies, they die twice, once when they actually die and the second time when you stop speaking about them. I'm not going to have Liam die twice on me. I will love him forever.'
