Karren Brady has sparked speculation about her dramatic weight loss after sharing a photo on Instagram showing a noticeably slimmer figure. The 56-year-old television personality and football executive posted a picture of herself in a white dress with a Chanel belt, highlighting a very slim waist.
In the post, Brady detailed her recent skin-tightening procedure, Exion, which uses radiofrequency and ultrasound to boost hyaluronic acid and stimulate collagen. She described it as a needle-free, painless treatment with no downtime.
However, many followers accused her of using weight loss jabs like Ozempic. One comment read: 'Yup - another Ozempic win,' while another said: 'Who are you kidding saying you haven’t jabbed - this is not normal weight loss.' Some expressed concern, asking: 'How is this healthy?'
Brady hit back with a quote about discipline, writing: 'Discipline isn’t glamorous... it’s what keeps progress moving.' She has previously insisted her transformation is due to 'bloody hard work' through diet and exercise, not weight loss drugs. 'I became a grandma, and I wanted to be a fit healthy grandma,' she said, adding that she does not weigh herself but feels better.
