Junior Andre has expressed his approval after his parents Katie Price and Peter Andre announced a truce, ending 17 years of public feuding. The former couple released a joint statement on Friday, vowing never to speak negatively about each other again. Junior, 20, shared the statement on his Instagram stories with four red heart emojis, signalling his support.
The statement read: 'Katie Price and Peter Andre have decided to close the door on the past and move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect. We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children.' It added that they had reached a mutual legal and personal agreement to refrain from negative comments about each other.
Junior's sister, Princess Andre, 18, has not yet publicly responded to the truce. However, she previously posted a cryptic message at the start of the year, reflecting on a 'tough' year and expressing gratitude for growth. Princess is currently filming her own reality show, The Princess Diaries, on ITV.
Katie Price, 47, recently married for the fourth time to Lee Andrews. Peter Andre, 52, is married to Emily MacDonagh. The couple met on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2004 and divorced in 2009 after four years of marriage.
