Strictly Come Dancing professional Jowita Przystal has shared a gushing message for her former celebrity partner Pete Wicks, praising his new television series about dogs. The dancer, 31, wrote on Instagram that her "heart melts" seeing the TOWIE star with rescue pups, calling him "the most passionate and hardworking people I've ever met".
This public display of affection comes amid persistent rumours of a romance between the pair, which first sparked during their time on the BBC dance competition last year. Despite both playing down the speculation, they drew attention last month when Przystal made a surprise appearance at the O2 Arena for Wicks' podcast, where they performed a dance routine and shared kisses on stage.
Addressing the on-stage kiss, Wicks, 36, told ITV's This Morning that it was "all part of the choreography" and "the magic of showbiz". However, just weeks earlier, he failed a lie detector test on his own podcast when asked if he was in love with someone; the examiner indicated he was lying when he answered 'no'.
Fans have been speculating heavily, with some describing the stage performance as a "hard launch" of their relationship. Wicks was previously linked to Love Island's Maura Higgins until their split earlier this year.
Przystal's Instagram post concluded: "Every time I see you with them, my heart melts. The care, patience and compassion you show are truly beautiful... This whole season will be a huge success, because it's made with love."
