Jordan Stephens' Sweet Gesture to Win Over Jade Thirlwall Resurfaces Amid Split
Jordan's Cute Gesture to Win Jade Resurfaces Amid Split

Multiple insider reports have confirmed that Jade Thirlwall and Jordan Stephens have split after six years together. Neither the Little Mix star nor the Rizzle Kicks singer has issued a public statement, but sources state the couple had "frank discussions" about their future before mutually deciding to part ways.

The pair quietly separated earlier this year, according to reports, despite having moved in together and splitting time between London and Margate. Insiders stress the breakup is entirely peaceful, noting that Jordan remains incredibly proud of Jade's solo career and that "there will always be love between them."

Resurfaced Clip Shows How Jordan Won Jade Over

A clip of Jordan, 34, revealing how he won Jade over has resurfaced amid their split. Jordan shared the cute gesture he made for the singer when he appeared on Paul C. Brunson's podcast, We Need To Talk, last year.

Jordan said a friend suggested he would get along with Jade, 33, so he texted the friend and asked if they could "pitch him" to her. The star, from Neasden, London, said his friend screenshotted the message and sent it to South Shields native Jade. "She popped in and said, 'What's your pitch then'," he said.

Jordan said he ended up making an "awful" PowerPoint presentation because "that's his sense of humour." "I went in, and one page was named 'reasons to like me'," he said. One of the points was that he was "more than five friends" and could "definitely have more." He also said that his dog loves him. "She obviously found that funny, and now we're almost five years," he said.

Warning Signs Before the Split

Before the news broke, observant fans noticed several major warning signs on social media. Jordan completely wiped all shared TikTok videos and Instagram pictures featuring Jade from his official profiles. Jade similarly removed traces of Jordan from her Instagram page.

The couple also skipped posting or publicly acknowledging their sixth anniversary, which occurred in mid-May. They have not been seen together publicly since the BRIT Awards, and Jordan was noticeably absent from Jade's Little Mix bandmate Perrie Edwards' wedding in Portugal.

Both artists are throwing themselves into their professional projects to process the transition. Jade is currently preparing for an international solo music tour, while Jordan recently took a solo "spiritual retreat" in Yorkshire to clear his head. During an interview about her upcoming second solo album, Jade admitted she was putting her current "private struggles" directly onto paper.
