JoJo Siwa has marked her 11-month anniversary with Chris Hughes, days after her ex-partner Kath Ebbs shared posts about their breakup a year ago. The 22-year-old singer posted a photo of Hughes kissing their dog on Instagram, writing that she was 'missing both my boys', followed by a beach embrace with the caption: 'Today marks 11 whole months. What a lucky life. Last “month” anniversary.'
Ebbs, a 27-year-old Australian actor and content creator, had earlier posted on Instagram Stories: 'Happy one year anniversary to her x', alongside a photo of Tilly Lucas-Rodd, their new fiancée. Ebbs also wrote: 'Sending hate to your cheating ex day' and criticised online trolls, saying: 'Therapy bills getting mailed to you losers xx.'
Siwa and Hughes, 32, met as housemates on ITV's Celebrity Big Brother in 2024. After initially insisting their bond was platonic, they confirmed their relationship shortly after leaving the show. Ebbs, who was dating Siwa at the time, claimed they were dumped at the wrap party and later described the behaviour on the show as 'emotional cheating'. Siwa denied this, saying Hughes had 'absolutely nothing to do with my breakup'.
Last month, Siwa told the Daily Mail she believed she was on good terms with Ebbs, stating: 'They’re in a thriving relationship by the looks of it, which makes me very happy. And I’m thriving in my life and very happy.'
Siwa and Hughes recently celebrated their one-year anniversary of first meeting, with Siwa posting: 'A year ago, today we said our first hello, our first hug, our first laugh… the beginning of so many. So forever grateful to the walls of that house.'
