Strictly Come Dancing star Johannes Radebe has announced a new tour across the UK and Ireland for 2025, titled Johannes Radebe: Finally Home. The 39-year-old professional dancer will perform in numerous cities from April 1 to June 13, including a gala performance at the London Palladium on May 9.
Tour Details and Performances
The tour kicks off in High Wycombe and travels through Oxford, Blackpool, Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, and Swansea, among others. It concludes with two nights in Plymouth before wrapping up in Cardiff. The show promises a mix of ballroom classics, South African rhythms, and pop anthems.
Radebe's Recent Roles
Radebe recently made his West End debut starring as Lola in the hit musical Kinky Boots. He was also announced as one of the new co-hosts of Strictly Come Dancing last month, alongside broadcaster Emma Willis and comedian Josh Widdicombe, replacing Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
Addressing concerns about his dancing future, Radebe said: “People have been asking if I won’t be dancing any more. Darling, I’m just getting started! Bringing this tour Finally Home across the UK and Ireland is my way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported my journey. So come ready for joy, fun and celebration, because we’re bringing the biggest party to your town and I cannot wait to dance with you all!”
Previous Tours and Achievements
Radebe has previously toured the UK with solo shows: Freedom in 2022, Freedom Unleashed in 2023, and House of JoJo in 2024. He came runner-up on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021 with Great British Bake Off star John Whaite, forming the first all-male partnership to reach the finale. The South African dancer was head-hunted by the BBC after performing worldwide.
