JLo Moves Into $18M Hidden Hills Pad After Divorce

Jennifer Lopez has finally moved into the $18 million bachelorette pad she purchased in Hidden Hills, California last year following her divorce from Ben Affleck. After a year of extensive renovations, the stunning property now meets the singer's high standards as she embraces life as a single mother once again.

A Dream Home Come True

A source told the Daily Mail, 'Jennifer is living inside her new property and is thrilled about it because it is like her very own Barbie dreamhouse. It is girly and fun with pink and white colors, very feminine and yummy. She is over the moon about it and really living out her happy phase with no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. She is free.'

The insider added that Lopez loves how the home reminds her of her Hamptons property, which she is 'very happy with and where she has had so many great family moments.'

First Photos and Family Time

On Monday, the 56-year-old performer shared the first photos from inside the compound, located in the ultra-exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood where neighbors include Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. Lopez was seen in a skimpy white bikini in the backyard of the two-story white house, taking a dip in the swimming pool. She enjoyed a pink-and-white floaty while sipping a Limoncello, a bright Italian lemon liqueur.

She was accompanied by her teenaged twins Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, as well as her mother Guadalupe, father David, manager Benny Medina, and vocal coach Stevie Mackey. Also present were her photographer friend Ana Carballosa and stylist pal Shawn 'Beezy' Barton. The Daily Mail has reached out to Lopez's representative for comment.

Property Details

Lopez purchased the 8,600-square-foot equestrian estate in Hidden Hills in February 2025. The New England-inspired house sits on 2.5 acres and is fully gated for privacy, with mature trees lining the backyard. The main house features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen, and a custom home theater. There is also a guest house, a pool house, a swimming pool with attached hot tub, and full equestrian facilities including a five-stall barn, a tack room, and a private riding arena.

The home was previously owned by musician John Fogerty, known for hits like 'Fortunate Son' and 'Have You Ever Seen The Rain?' Renovations began shortly after Lopez purchased the property. A source previously told the Daily Mail, 'She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house. She renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own.'

Past and Future

For the past three years, Lopez resided in the massive $60 million mansion in the Bel Air neighborhood of West Los Angeles, which she shared with Affleck. After their split, Affleck 'gifted' his share to her, according to sources, leaving her to take the profits from the sale. In April, Lopez re-listed the complex with a big discount at $50 million. It is not known if the home has sold yet.

Lopez is also preparing for the release of her upcoming Netflix rom-com 'Office Romance,' set to premiere on June 5. The film stars Ted Lasso's Brett Goldstein, Betty Gilpin, Amy Sedaris, Edward James Olmos, and Bradley Whitford. The plot follows Jackie (Lopez), the President and CEO of Air Cruz, who enforces a strict anti-fraternization policy until a new sexy lawyer tests her resolve.
