Grey's Anatomy alum Jesse Williams and his second wife Alejandra Onieva are expecting their first child together, just a few months after secretly tying the knot. The Spanish stunner, who turns 35 next Monday, revealed the baby news by posting multiple snaps of her growing bump in a 19-slide Instagram slideshow on May 18. Onieva and the 44-year-old Actor Award nominee enjoyed a tropical babymoon in what appeared to be Hawaii.

Secret Wedding Confirmed

TMZ reported on May 4 that the newlyweds had eloped 'a few months ago' in a 'super low-key ceremony.' The Anatomy of a Moment actress captioned her post 'vida', meaning life. Onieva only included one group shot featuring herself and Williams in the back row.

The Chicago-born actor went public with the Fear of Day star on September 4 in Milan, Italy, after meeting in February 2024 on the set of Elena Bucaccio and Francesco Arlanch's show Hotel Costiera. However, Williams was still publicly attending events with his girlfriend of seven years, Ciarra Pardo, the former CCO of pop star Rihanna's corporation Fenty, as recently as February 2025.
