Jennifer Aniston has shared her thoughts on ageing, insisting she won't let grey hairs 'take over'. The Friends star, 56, spoke to Glamour alongside her co-stars from The Morning Show, reflecting on her approach to growing older.
Aniston admitted she uses cosmetic treatments like facials and lasers, describing herself as 'maintained'. She said: 'I'm not going to just go down and let these grey hairs take over.' However, she emphasised that ageing gracefully is about mindset and positivity, not just procedures.
The actress has previously denied rumoured surgeries, telling People in 2007 that she had a deviated septum fixed but that 'as far as all the other [rumours], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine'. She has also acknowledged trying Botox, though she once said 'all that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me'.
Aniston credited her outlook for helping her age well: 'I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity.' She added that loving your body and where you are in life is key, calling it a 'mindset'.
