Jennifer Aniston has stunned fans by displaying her sculpted abs in a new workout video promoting the Pvolve Fall Challenge. The 56-year-old actress, best known for her role in Friends, wore a mix of sports bras and low-cut leggings that highlighted her physique as she performed resistance-based exercises.
The video, created in collaboration with Pvolve, a fitness brand focusing on low-impact movement to build core strength, also supports the Women's Medicine Foundation. Aniston captioned her post: 'The @pvolve Fall Challenge is here and I’d love it if you joined us. By doing the challenge, you’re supporting @wimedicineorg — a foundation that supports groundbreaking research to advance women’s health.'
Fans flooded the comments with praise, with one writing: 'Jennifer's body is the perfect mix of strength and elegance … truly an inspiration!' Another added: 'You’re staying in great shape!' The video comes after Aniston candidly discussed her fertility struggles, revealing on the Armchair Expert podcast that she underwent multiple rounds of IVF and other treatments before accepting motherhood was not part of her path.
She shared: 'When people say: “But you can adopt,” I don't want to adopt. I want my own DNA in a little person. That's the only way, selfish or not, whatever that is, I've wanted it.' Aniston noted she has come to terms with her childfree life, calling it 'so peaceful' and acknowledging that it was out of her control.
The Morning Show star, who now dates Jim Curtis, continues to focus on a healthy diet and strict workout regime. In a 2022 interview with Allure, she said she wished she had frozen her eggs earlier but has 'zero regrets' about her fertility journey.
