Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has taken his two sons, Buddy Bear Maurice Oliver and River Rocket Blue Dallas Oliver, on a special long weekend getaway to Scotland, exploring both Edinburgh and the stunning Isle of Mull. The 51-year-old restaurateur was joined by fellow chefs and family friends Max Kinder and Indi Radford, co-owners of the Glenforsa Cafe and Farm Shop on Mull.
Edinburgh Adventures
The group began their trip in Scotland's capital, where Jamie appeared to eat his way around the city, stopping at popular restaurants including Ante Coffee, Mirin, and Little CAPO. He shared glimpses of Edinburgh's vibrant food scene with his social media followers. On Saturday, July 18, they attended a Snow Patrol concert at Edinburgh Castle, which held special significance as it was River's first ever gig. Jamie described it as a memorable milestone for his youngest son.
Isle of Mull Excursion
After their time in Edinburgh, the group boarded a ferry to the Isle of Mull. Jamie shared a photo of the group enjoying the breakfast buffet on the ferry, describing the deal as "boom" on his Instagram story. Once on the island, they spent time at Glenforsa Cafe and Farm Shop, enjoying the stunning coastal scenery. Jamie and Max also cooked lunch together for the group.
The trip included a morning boat ride where Jamie and his sons did some fishing, though it is not known if they caught anything. The family posed for photos against the backdrop of Mull's beautiful coastline.
