Jamie Foxx has reportedly welcomed his third child, his first with girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp. Sources told US magazine PEOPLE that the actor, 58, had welcomed a baby with Huckstepp, 31. Representatives for Foxx had not immediately responded to PEOPLE's request for comment.
Foxx's family and relationship timeline
The Soul star is already father to two daughters, Corinne, 32, and Anelise, 18, from previous relationships. Foxx shares Corinne with ex-partner Connie Kline and Anelise with former partner Kristin Grannis.
In May, PEOPLE reported that Foxx and Huckstepp were expecting their first child together. TMZ was the first to report the pregnancy. The couple were first linked in August 2023, after being spotted dining together with a group in Malibu, California.
However, multiple sources subsequently told PEOPLE that they had split in January 2025, amid a busy period in Foxx's career. That month, he released the Netflix film Back in Action, starring alongside Cameron Diaz, while his comedy special Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was... also began streaming on the platform.
Foxx on fatherhood
At the time, a source told PEOPLE: "Jamie is super busy, just the way he likes it. He has so much going on, he barely has time to stop and think about how blessed he is."
Foxx has previously spoken about fatherhood and raising his daughters in Hollywood. In a 2017 interview with PEOPLE, he said: "In this business, sometimes it can get crazy. We're so proud of them. They ended up being okay."
Asked about his favourite part of being a father during Ellen Digital's Dad Confessions series, Foxx said he loved hearing his daughters call him "dad". He added: "Watching them light up when you come into a room. Helping them work out a problem that you've probably gone through."
