Jake Quickenden has shared a topless selfie on Instagram after confirming his separation from wife Sophie Church. The former X Factor star posted the post-workout photo on his Instagram stories, captioning it: "Needed that today!! Now off to work!! Can't wait for the three hour drive in."
The 37-year-old's steamy snap comes after he broke his silence on the end of his marriage. Jake and Sophie, who married in 2022 and have two children together, have formally separated. A source told The Sun that the couple grew apart after "long and honest conversations" but remain "amicable" and committed to co-parenting.
In a separate Instagram post, Jake shared a picture with his two sons, writing: "My boys… My world!!" He also responded to a fan's comment, saying: "Appreciate that, they are all that matter."
Jake first appeared on The X Factor in 2012 and returned in 2014, before taking part in I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! and Dancing on Ice. He is currently playing the Scarecrow in a theatre production of The Wizard of Oz.
