Jake Hall's former partner Misse Beqiri paid an emotional tribute to the late TOWIE star on the day of his funeral, sharing a previously unseen photograph of the pair together.
The Swedish model, who shares eight-year-old daughter River with Hall, posted a throwback image to Instagram Stories showing the reality star kissing her forehead during a beach holiday without a caption.
Hall died on May 6 after suffering a chest injury caused by broken glass at a rented villa in Santa Margalida, Mallorca, where he had been living while focusing on his artwork.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who appeared on the ITV reality series between 2015 and 2017, is understood to have sustained fatal injuries at the property. Spanish authorities have been investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
On Friday, Beqiri attended Hall's funeral service at St Mary the Virgin Church in Wanstead, east London, where she appeared visibly emotional as she spoke with family and friends before the memorial.
A number of Hall's former TOWIE co-stars were among those paying their respects, including Chloe Lewis, Lydia Bright, James Argent, Liam Blackwell, Demi Sims, Tommy Mallet and Georgia Kousoulou.
Other mourners included boxer Derek Chisora, DJ Fat Tony and members of the Beckham family, including David Beckham's mother Sandra and sister Joanne. The funeral cortege was led by a Rolls-Royce.
Following Hall's death, Beqiri shared a heartfelt tribute reflecting on their relationship and the daughter they raised together.
“I never thought I would ever have to write this, and the pain of even putting these words down feels unbearable,” she penned. “There was no way you were ever supposed to go. My heart is shattered, and so is our daughter's.”
She continued: “You lit up every room you walked into - your smile, your charm, your energy that filled the air. The way you loved music, how deeply you felt every sound, your creativity, your mind, your spirit.
“You were so deeply loved by so many people, and seeing the love everyone has for you is both heartbreaking and beautiful all at once. Your constant mission to stop me from taking naps still makes me smile.”
Adding: “I loved you from the very first moment I saw you, and there was never a chance you were going to let me go. Together we created the most beautiful girl, the one you loved more than anything in this world, beyond words.
“Your love for her was so strong it almost scared me, because I knew you would go to the ends of the earth for her. She adored you - her favourite person, her daddy. You will be missed. I promise to keep River safe, loved, and wrapped in the kind of love you gave so effortlessly. You are at peace now.
She concluded: “... You left behind your mini version, our River, and for that we are forever grateful. You will always live on through her, and you will forever be with us.”
Hall was best known for his almost decade-long stint on TOWIE, having joined in 2015 and quit in 2024, and also ran a menswear brand called By Jake Hall. He was found dead last month at a holiday villa in Majorca and tributes have since continued to pour in with the mother of his child, Misse Beqiri, saying that her and her daughter’s hearts have been “shattered” by the loss.
