Jack Whitehall's mother Hilary has been left in a last-minute panic after the comedian gave her the wrong information about the dress code for his upcoming wedding. The 37-year-old comedian is set to marry model Roxy Horner this weekend, with guests including James Corden and Jamie Redknapp reportedly on the VIP list.
Hilary told the Daily Mail that when she asked Jack about the dress code several weeks ago, he gave her the wrong information. As a result, she bought the wrong dress, only for the wedding invitation to arrive with a completely different dress code. Jack reportedly apologised, saying, 'Sorry about that, Mumsy.'
The wedding is expected to be a grand affair, with Jack previously describing it as 'Downton Abbey meets EastEnders.' The couple have been dating since 2020 and share a daughter, Elsie. Hilary recently joined Roxy for her lavish hen do, which included a private dance lesson from a Strictly Come Dancing star and a lap dance from a Magic Mike stripper.
Jack celebrated his own stag do with a six-hour pub crawl through Soho, visiting a risqué cabaret venue and playing mini-golf. The wedding is set to take place this weekend.
