Comedian and actor Jack Whitehall has been named as the host for the fourth episode of 'Saturday Night Live UK', set to air on Sky at 10pm on April 11. The musical guest for the episode will be soul singer Jorja Smith.
Whitehall, known for his roles in Peacock's 'The Burbs' and Prime Video's 'Malice', recently hosted the 2026 Brit Awards. The show will then take a one-week hiatus before returning.
The third episode, airing next week, will be hosted by 'Bait' actor Riz Ahmed, with rock band Kasabian as the musical act. The series launched with Tina Fey as host, followed by Jamie Dornan last weekend.
SNL UK, broadcast live from London, has received broadly positive reviews. The main cast includes Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi, and Paddy Young.
The show is produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio's UK production team and Broadway Video for Sky and streaming service Now. SNL creator Lorne Michaels serves as executive producer, with James Longman as lead producer, Liz Clare as director, and Daran Jonno Johnson as head writer.
