Comedian Jack Whitehall, 37, and model Roxy Horner, 34, have tied the knot after six years together. The couple, who met in Australia, celebrated their wedding on Saturday with a guest list including James Corden and Jamie Redknapp.
Their relationship began with a rocky first date in Australia, where Whitehall chose a restaurant decorated with taxidermy ducks, unaware that Horner is vegan. He later described the date as 'something out of a sitcom' on the Life's a Beach podcast.
The romance accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic when Horner visited Whitehall in London and they ended up living together in a house share with his brother and partner. Whitehall told the Guardian: 'It was quite a surreal way to start a relationship.'
The couple welcomed their daughter Elsie in September 2023. Whitehall announced the birth, saying he was 'in awe' of his partner. He proposed just before Christmas 2024, with a diamond ring spotted during a trip to Winter Wonderland in London.
Horner was seen trying on wedding dresses at Galia Lahav in London, including an ivory strapless silk gown. Whitehall joked the wedding would be 'Downton Abbey meets EastEnders'.
