Reality television fans across the UK are all saying the same thing about the latest celebrity to enter the Australian jungle for ITV's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! Jack Osbourne, the son of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, has joined the star-studded line-up, admitting he feels 'very nervous' about the challenges ahead.
Fan Frenzy Over Jack's Appearance
As the first episode aired on Sunday evening, viewers quickly took to social media platform X to share their thoughts, with many focusing on the new contestant's looks. One person wrote, 'Is Jack Osbourne a bit handsome??' while another declared, 'I fancy jack osbourne so much.'
The compliments continued to pour in, with a third fan posting, 'Jack Osbourne looks really good.' Others seemed pleasantly surprised, with tweets such as 'Ok... why is Jack Osbourne kinda hot?' and 'Jack osbourne looks so gorg in im a celeb.' Some viewers were even more emphatic, with one proclaiming him their winner from the very first episode.
A Tribute to Ozzy and a Last-Minute Call-Up
Jack, 39, shared that he was joining the show with 'very mixed emotions' but revealed what his late father would have thought. He believes Ozzy, who passed away in July at the age of 76, would have told him to 'just f***ing do it.' The TV personality has been open about his grief on his podcast with his mother, Sharon, and sister Kelly.
In a surprising reveal, Jack explained that his participation was a last-minute decision. He only learned he was heading to Australia ten days before the show began, describing it as a 'last-ditch effort' after another celebrity apparently dropped out.
Before his departure, he prepared by stocking up on comfort food. 'I stocked up on some chocolate digestives and some Pot Noodles… I'm going to live the high life,' he said.
Bonding, Bugs, and Family Support
When it comes to the famous late-night campfire chats, Jack expects to open up but has set boundaries. 'I think things will naturally come up and I’m not necessarily going to stray away from too many things,' he stated. However, he confirmed there are certain family matters he won't discuss on national television.
Admitting he is 'not a big bug person,' Jack said he is feeling the pressure but has the full backing of his family. 'Mum and Kelly, yeah they are absolutely going to be watching. They are supportive,' he added.
The complete 2024 I'm A Celebrity line-up includes comedian Ruby Wax, Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, model Kelly Brook, Emmerdale star Lisa Riley, rapper Aitch, comedian Eddie Kadi, EastEnders actress Shona McGarty, sports broadcaster Alex Scott, and social media personality Morgan Burtwistle, also known as Angry Ginge.
