I'm A Celebrity Fans Fume Over Removal of Tombola Bugs

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! fans have been left outraged by a major change to the ITV show's ad breaks. Viewers have taken to social media to complain that the Tombola adverts, which previously featured CGI jungle bugs playing games on a phone, have been replaced with ads of people playing mobile bingo.

Fans expressed their frustration on X, with one writing: "WHERES THE TOMBOLA BUGS #ImACeleb." Another said: "i just want the tombola bugs back tbf #ImACeleb." The change has been met with widespread disapproval, with many calling for the return of the beloved bugs.

This is not the only alteration to the show this series. The new introduction sequence has also drawn criticism, and Ant and Dec's dramatic helicopter entrance was scrapped due to bad weather. Dec explained: "We had a chopper on the ground and basically it started raining and we couldn’t get in the chopper."

Meanwhile, last night's episode saw Ruby Wax and Angry Ginge take part in the first Bushtucker Trial, securing 10 stars. However, Ruby's remarks to the YouTuber have sparked controversy, with some viewers calling her "rude." One wrote: "Good god Ruby might be the rudest celeb I’ve ever seen on this show #ImACeleb."

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
