The will of Hulk Hogan, who died aged 71 in July following a heart attack, has been made public, revealing that his daughter Brooke is not a beneficiary. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Brooke chose to remove herself from the will in 2023, fearing she would be embroiled in a financial battle after her father's death.
Brooke had been estranged from Hogan in the final two years of his life, stating that she 'had to step away.' The will was amended four times, with the last alteration being her removal. Nick Hogan, Hulk's son, is the sole beneficiary of an estate valued at just under $5 million, including $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and an estimated $4 million in publicity rights. Real estate, worth around $11 million, was not included in the filings and may be held in a trust.
The disclosure comes amid an ongoing legal battle between Nick Hogan and Todd Clem, known as Bubba The Love Sponge, over a planned documentary about the 2012 sex tape scandal. Nick sued to stop the documentary, claiming it violated a 2012 agreement, but a judge ruled in favour of Todd, provided specific images are removed. Brooke has stated that Hogan did not blame Todd for the leak, saying: 'My dad told me all the way back in 2012 that he knew it wasn’t Bubba who leaked the tape.'
