Ellie Goulding has reportedly joined the exclusive celebrity dating app Raya, despite being happily married to Caspar Jopling. The 35-year-old singer is said to have set up an account under her real name, Elena, using photos from her Instagram profile.
According to a source, Goulding's profile makes it clear she is only seeking platonic connections, with the tagline 'Here just for friends'. The source told The Sun: 'Ellie is happily married to Caspar Jopling but she kept her Raya profile open to connect with interesting people... It's nothing untoward.'
Raya, launched in 2015 as a dating app, has since expanded to include social and professional networking features. Goulding, who won the Brits' Critics' Choice Award in 2010 and performed at the 2011 royal wedding, is likely to receive many friend requests.
The 'Burn' hitmaker, who gave birth to son Arthur in May last year, recently spoke about how motherhood has made her more emotional. She is currently preparing to release her fifth album.
