Holly Willoughby has shared a rare video of her teenage daughter Belle, 15, as she prepares to launch her new YouTube series 'Together' next week. The 45-year-old TV presenter, who left This Morning in 2023 after a kidnap plot, filmed herself in the back of a taxi with Belle on Monday during a press launch.
Rare glimpse of Belle
In the video, Holly can be heard saying: "Hello, hello, I'm heading over to the press launch of the new show, Holly Willoughby Together." Although Belle is not visible on camera, she can be heard laughing as her mother struggles to explain how YouTube works and flubs the word 'subscribe'. Holly turned to Belle and said: "I'm not quite sure when it's going to go on there, so I think, and I'm looking at my daughter here now because this is all new territory, but if you head on over there, search it, Holly Willoughby Together YouTube, go and subscribe."
Return to spotlight
Holly's return to the public eye comes three years after she dramatically quit This Morning in 2023 following a plot to kidnap, rape, and murder her. The perpetrator, Gavin Plumb, was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 16 years in July 2024. The ordeal left Holly seeking a quieter life, but she has now stepped back into the spotlight with her new YouTube series, which will feature interviews with A-list celebrities.
In the taxi video, Holly added: "What I'm going to do is I'm going to put the trailer so you guys get to see it, over on the YouTube channel. First time I've said that, tomorrow, so that's Tuesday." She also encouraged fans to subscribe and press the bell icon for notifications, asking Belle: "That's what happens you press the bell, don't you Belle?"
New series 'Together'
The series 'Together' is set to launch next week, marking Holly's first major project since leaving This Morning. The trailer for the show will be released on Tuesday, and Holly expressed her excitement about the launch, calling it "the first time anybody is going to get to see the trailer."
