Helen was one of millions of England fans whose dreams were crushed when Argentina beat the Three Lions 2-1 in the semi-final clash. Argentina narrowly held onto the win for thirty minutes and have now made it into the final against Spain.

"I've just kind of felt like not sure," Helen confessed. "I've not really been sure of myself recently. I kind of feel like — I'm turning 36 in August, I've just done this house move, I really want to act and basically I just want a job at the moment and I feel frustrated in that way. So yeah I've just kind of frustrated."
Flanagan also admitted she needed a break from social media, feeling deflated by her current situation. The star has been a staple of TV screens for years, but now faces uncertainty in her career.
