Former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan has proudly unveiled a new festive photoshoot, just days after defending her decision to pivot from acting to a career in modelling and reality television.

The 35-year-old star, who played Rosie Webster on the iconic ITV soap for 18 years, looked sensational in a sheer red chemise from the Ann Summers festive range. She shared the glamorous images with her followers on Instagram, showcasing a confident new chapter in her professional life.
This bold move comes shortly after Flanagan responded to online trolls who have criticised her career change. In a recent interview with The Sun, she firmly stated that her work in modelling and dating shows does not make her "any less of an actress." "It doesn't affect your acting talent," she argued, dismissing the notion that actresses shouldn't pursue such paths as "ridiculous."
From Cobbles to Reality TV
Helen, who first appeared on Coronation Street aged nine in 2000 and left in 2018, has since built a successful profile on reality TV. Her upcoming project is a stint on MTV's Ex On The Beach, where she is reportedly "planning to cause fireworks." This follows her appearance on Celebs Go Dating last year as she continues her search for love.
Her reality TV portfolio also includes I'm A Celebrity and Celebrity Super Spa. On the personal front, Flanagan shares three children with her ex-partner, footballer Scott Sinclair, after a 13-year relationship. She was most recently dating Robbie Talbot until May of this year.

In a candid revelation, Helen recently made a pointed dig at her ex Scott, suggesting she would rather "drown" than reconcile. She is now channelling her experiences into a tell-all autobiography, Head & Heart: Break-ups, Breakdowns and Being Rosie, set for release on 29 January next year.
Speaking to The Mirror about the book, she promised "no glossing over or airbrushing," vowing to revisit painful times to show how she has rebuilt from "rock bottom." She admitted to previously operating in "survival mode," focusing on work instead of processing her emotions properly.
As she embraces life at 35, Flanagan reflected on how her approach has changed, noting she's unlikely to find a boyfriend on a night out in Manchester now. Instead, she is focusing on her family, her burgeoning media career, and sharing her unvarnished story with the world.
