Heather Graham has shown off her incredible physique while soaking up the sun on the Italian Riviera, as filming for the fourth season of The White Lotus gets underway. The 56-year-old actress shared a snap on Instagram of herself relaxing on a pebble beach in a white two-piece bikini, barely appearing to have aged a day.

In the photo, Graham lounges under a parasol with her blonde hair cascading over her shoulders, wearing large brown sunglasses and pursing her lips for the camera. She captioned the post: "I love Italy!" and revealed she was joined by her boyfriend, Italian filmmaker Michele Civetta.
The star also enjoyed a girls' trip with friends Nina Bergman and Debra J Fisher, both TV industry figures. Earlier, she posted a similar bikini photo from Cap d'Ail, a beach near Monaco, writing: "Flew to the south of France to work on The White Lotus and turned into a vacation with Civetta, Bergman and Fisher."
Diet and Upcoming Role
Graham has previously discussed her diet, telling Refinery29 that she avoids sugar and flour to maintain her figure, though she occasionally indulges. "As a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better," she said.
The fourth season of The White Lotus is being filmed at a lavish Mediterranean resort, with Graham joining the cast. Her Instagram also features food snaps, including truffle gnocchi and truffle burrata from Florence, leaving fans envious of her luxurious travels.
