Harry Styles Ends Record-Breaking Wembley Residency

Harry Styles has wrapped up his record-breaking run at Wembley Stadium after performing 12 sold-out shows. The former One Direction star, 32, kicked off the London residency of his Together, Together tour on June 12. After performing 11 times, Saturday night marked the final show of his London tour dates – which have seen him break records at the stadium.

Records Broken at Wembley

When the residency was first announced, it was revealed Styles was in the running to break records set by both Coldplay and his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift. The singer’s tour marks the most performances by any artist in a single year at the venue, surpassing Coldplay’s 10-night run last summer. He now also holds the record for most concerts performed by a solo artist during a single concert run in the stadium’s history, surpassing the eight nights set by Swift in 2024.

Expanded Due to Demand

Originally announced as a six-night run, significant demand led to the addition of six more shows for the UK leg of the tour. Posting ahead of the final show, Wembley Stadium’s official social media accounts shared: “From the first night to the twelfth. Tonight marks the final show of Harry Styles’ Together, Together tour at Wembley Stadium. A record-breaking run. 12 nights we’ll never forget. Let’s make the final night one to remember.”

Global Tour Continues

Styles kicked off his Together, Together tour in Amsterdam in May, where he played 10 dates. He is next set to perform in Sao Paulo, Mexico City, New York City and Melbourne, with the tour set to wrap up in Sydney on December 13. The Watermelon Sugar singer released his fourth studio album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally in March.

Career Background

He rose to fame as a member of One Direction – alongside Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson – after the group was formed on ITV singing competition The X Factor in 2010. Styles launched his solo career after he and his bandmates went on hiatus in 2016, almost a year after Malik left the group, and he has gone on to achieve global success, winning multiple Grammy and Brit awards.
