Hailey Bieber has set the record straight about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone. The 28-year-old model and skincare mogul appeared on Owen Thiele's In Your Dreams podcast, offering an unfiltered look at her beauty routine. She revealed that she does not have any Botox in her face, only in her jaw for temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), a condition affecting the jaw's joints and muscles.
Bieber explained that she made a commitment to avoid facial Botox until her 30s, and may follow her mother Kennya Baldwin's example of forgoing it entirely. 'My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane,' she shared. The Rhode skincare founder also emphasised her diligent skincare routine, using products from Avène, BeautyStat, EltaMD, Naturium, and Cosrx alongside her own line.
Among the treatments she does like are platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with microneedling, and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) injections, also known as EZ Gel. 'They take your blood... heat it and then cool it, and it kind of makes your blood a gel consistency,' she said. Bieber has used PRF injections on her smile lines and under her eyes, finding comfort in the fact that the substance comes from her own body. She undergoes these injections a couple of times a year, and has also tried light laser treatments.
Bieber, who gave birth to son Jack Blues Bieber in August 2024, also discussed future family plans. She wants more than one child and is not in a rush, noting that both she and husband Justin Bieber were only children and want their son to have siblings.
