Cristiano Ronaldo's fiancée Georgina Rodriguez sparked a fierce debate online after wearing a skin-tight pink crop top and shorts during a family golf outing. The 32-year-old model posted photos on Instagram to her 76.4 million followers, showing her on the putting green and driving range with Ronaldo and their children.
Outfit divides opinion
Georgina's outfit, made by fashion brand Mimoa, drew criticism from some users. One commented: "Idk why this woman is hell bent on objectifying herself, she’s not even putting on the right clothes for golfing." Another said: "Golf is not a game for such an outfit." A third asked: "Why is she dressed like that around the kids?"
However, many fans defended her. One wrote: "What’s your problem? Face your life problems, she’s a model and she can live the way she want, hater." Another said: "Why are you pained? She doesn't even know you exist. Yet she's living in your head for free!"
Family time in Portugal
Georgina captioned the post: "Mimoa was born to accompany life as it is: on the move, in family and surrounded by moments that deserve to be remembered." The family enjoyed time in Portugal, later heading to the beach and returning to their villa.
Ronaldo, 41, proposed to Georgina in August last year, nearly 10 years after they met in 2016 at a Gucci store in Madrid. She shared the news on Instagram with a photo of the ring, writing: "Yes I do. In this and in all my lives." Ronaldo previously said the wedding would happen when they "get that click". A date is not yet clear but is expected after the World Cup.
Life in Saudi Arabia
Ronaldo signed for Al Nassr in December 2022. Saudi Arabia forbids unmarried couples from living together, though an anonymous lawyer told EFE that authorities have recently turned a blind eye and no longer prosecute.
