The reality TV star has been candid about her health journey, sharing both struggles and successes. She recently revealed to the Mirror that her progress was temporarily slowed by pneumonia, but she remains committed to a positive mindset. 'There's no rush,' she said, adding that she has dropped from a size 26 to a size 20.
Collins credited the weight loss and diabetes medication Mounjaro for helping her feel in control. 'Mounjaro is unbelievable and it's changed my whole life,' she said, noting that it has quieted the 'food noise'—constant intrusive thoughts about eating. She emphasised that the drug should only be used by overweight individuals, not those already slim.
Alongside her bikini photo, Collins issued an empowering message to other women: 'Darlings wear the bikini. Chase the sunsets. Get out and seek adventures.' She expressed joy at being able to buy clothes that fit, calling it a 'life-changing experience.'
