The 36-year-old TOWIE star faced online mockery, with some comparing her to an American football player, but she revealed the inspiration behind the bold look on Instagram.
Posting a photo of her outfit, Collins wrote: 'Rocking my inner Lady GAGA tonight.' The pop star famously wore a similar shoulder-padded ensemble during her 2017 Super Bowl halftime performance. Collins credited the design to bespoke London-based fashion designer Gerda Truubon.
