Freddy Brazier hospitalised after dog attack

Freddy Brazier, the Celebrity Gogglebox star and son of Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier, has been rushed to hospital needing stitches after being attacked by his dog, Pablo. The pocket bully, which he acquired last year, bit him at his grandmother Jackiey's house, and she was also injured while trying to pull the dog off her grandson.

Spokesperson confirms treatment

Freddy’s spokesperson confirmed to The Mirror: “Freddy is currently being treated, we will keep everyone updated on his recovery.” A source told The Sun: “Freddy was shocked when it happened and was left in a lot of pain.”

Background and fatherhood

The incident follows rumours that Freddy split from his ex-girlfriend Holly Swinburn last year due to a row involving the dog. In March, Freddy became a father to daughter Isla Jade, saying: “Fatherhood’s definitely changed me. I’ve grown up – well, a little bit. Isla’s only a few months old, she’s too small, she just makes cute little noises – but I’ll definitely talk to her about mum when she gets older and understands more.” His father Jeff added: “Dear Isla Jade, you have no idea how deeply loved you are. There are so many good people standing behind you, and a very special angel watching over you. Mummy and Daddy gave you her name, and were going to tell you all about her. You already feel like the greatest gift. I will be forever grateful to Mummy and Daddy for filling my heart and bringing such joy into our lives.”
