Frankie Bridge has shared another cryptic social media post amid ongoing speculation of a rift with Myleene Klass. The former Saturdays singer, 36, posted a video on TikTok while on holiday at a beach resort, miming to Sabrina Carpenter's 'Manchild'. Wearing a brown frilly dress on a villa balcony, she captioned the clip: 'Taking 36 years to realise being a people pleaser doesn't please anyone.'

She added: 'Fad diets are a waste of time. Turns out it's all about balance?! Who knew?! Only you can make yourself happy.' The post concluded with: 'You can do the hard thing! You've got this,' followed by a red love heart emoji. Fans quickly agreed with her sentiments in the comments.

This comes just days after another cryptic TikTok, where Bridge appeared to make a dig at an unnamed person. In that video, she sipped wine with text overlay reading: 'You're so quiet… Thanks, you said something five years ago and I've just realised you're actually dead to me.' The caption added: 'Takes me a while, but once you're dead you're dead.'

The apparent feud reportedly involves Bridge, Klass, and Rochelle Humes. The trio previously socialised, with Klass and Bridge attending Humes' hen do in 2012. However, tensions are thought to have arisen after Bridge shared a holiday photo with husband Marvin and Klass's ex-husband Graham Quinn.

Klass recently made allegations against Quinn on Paul C Brunson's podcast, claiming she walked in on him with a female celebrity 'unzipping each other' on a balcony at her birthday party. She said: 'I kicked everybody out of the party – including his mum and dad.' The celebrity was not named but was described as cultivating 'a family brand'.
