Florence Pugh showcased her stunning physique in a fresh social media update on Wednesday, following speculation about an engagement. The 30-year-old actress looked radiant as she captured a mirror selfie while preparing during the golden hour.
The sunlight flooded the room, highlighting her flawless complexion. Apparently in the hair and makeup department, she wore hair curlers and was seen in her bra with a dressing gown. Her carousel of photos featured April highlights, including another sunlit selfie with a blooming tree behind her.
Florence enjoyed the warmer weather and nature, spending much of her free time outdoors and with friends. She captioned the snaps: 'Just some life and some spring and some moss and some Billie and shepherds pie and some yoga matts as hats.'
The star did not appear to be wearing a ring in any of the photos, despite rumors of a secret engagement to her boyfriend Finn Cole. In February, Florence was spotted wearing a sparkly ring at 'Dracula' at the Noel Coward Theatre in London.
The couple were first romantically linked in September 2024 after being seen leaving an after-party together, but they have not publicly confirmed their relationship. Florence and Finn have been friends for years. A source revealed they had been getting to know each other away from the spotlight and planned to marry, telling The Sun: 'They are both putting everything into their careers but have found something special between them.'
Daily Mail contacted representatives for comment at the time. During her October 2025 cover shoot with Vogue, Florence confirmed her relationship status without naming Finn, saying she is very much in love and approaching the romance differently. She stated: 'I am [in a relationship]. OK, so something that I resonate with is that I believe that if magic is real, then it's falling in love.'
Last year, Florence revealed she turned to 'injuring herself' after a 'breakdown' when a past relationship ended. She reflected on hiding her 'pains, issues and worries' from loved ones because she felt they 'weren't worthy.' Speaking on the Louis Theroux podcast, she said she began to 'chop huge chunks out of her hands' when the relationship left her physically and emotionally exhausted.
She explained: 'I think for a long time I didn't expose that part of my life, to even my friends. Then of course you find yourself in a pit or in a mess. I had a breakdown and that is obvious when that happens.' She added: 'When you are hurting your body, you know when you are not sleeping or you're drinking too much or you've got the s***s because you're so anxious, that's your body's screaming at you.'
'I found myself injured, I would injure myself. I'd be chopping and I'd like, chop huge chunks out of my hands. I've just never done that since. My body was just like, in full panic mode. I was injuring myself in order to look after myself, which is a funny thing of my body asking for help.' She noted: 'I think it became increasingly obvious that something wasn't right, but hindsight's always a funny thing.'
She continued: 'When things go wrong or there's little microaggression of tiny versions of whatever abuse it is - whether it's verbal emotional or manipulative - it kind of gets further and further away from what's normal. And so you find yourself at the end going "oh s*** a lot of weird stuff is happening and I've normalised this". It's not normal to feel like this and it is not normal to be treated like this... It doesn't at the end of the day feel good.'
Florence and former 'Scrubs' star Zach Braff split in 2022 after three years of dating. The 'Midsommar' actress struggled with backlash over their 21-year age gap.
