Fergie has congratulated her ex-husband Josh Duhamel and his wife Audra Mari after they announced they are expecting their first child together. The couple shared the news on Instagram on 11 September with a photo of a baby ultrasound next to a white flower, captioned “Baby Duhamel coming soon.”
In the comments, Fergie wrote: “I am truly happy for you guys. Axl can’t wait to be a big brother.” Axl is the 10-year-old son Fergie shares with Duhamel, whom she was married to for 10 years before their split in 2017.
Duhamel, 50, and Mari, 29, were first linked in 2019 and got engaged in January 2022 after Mari found a message in a bottle with a proposal. They married in September 2022. The couple have previously joked about their 21-year age gap, including dressing as Anna Nicole Smith and J. Howard Marshall for Halloween last year.
Other celebrities also congratulated the pair, including actress Elisha Cuthbert and former Bachelorette star Clare Crawley.
