EsDeeKid, the anonymous balaclava-wearing rapper from Liverpool, has announced a 48-date tour spanning the United States and Europe. The artist, known for viral hits like "LV Sandals" and his debut mixtape Rebel, which earned a Brit Award nomination, will start the Council House Rat tour on September 12 at The Fillmore in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Tour Details
The tour moves across the US before heading to Europe. It concludes with back-to-back nights at Liverpool's Blackstone Street Warehouse on December 10 and 11.
Blackstone Warehouse shared on Instagram: "From a council house in Liverpool to 50 dates across America and Europe, the Council House Rat Tour marks the next chapter for @esdeekid. What started close to home has grown into something much bigger, while still carrying the same sound, character and energy that made people take notice from the start."
Tickets go on general sale Friday, July 31 at 10am.
Mystery Identity
The rapper's hidden identity has fueled his fame. Fans previously speculated that actor Timothée Chalamet was behind the balaclava, a rumor Chalamet fueled during an interview on Heart Radio. When asked if he was EsDeeKid, he said: "I've got no comment on that," and later added: "All will be revealed in due time." EsDeeKid later released the song "4 Raws" featuring Chalamet.
