Emmerdale's Isabel Hodgins Shares Adorable Baby Update

Former Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgins has delighted fans with an adorable update on her baby daughter, Georgie Grace Whitehead, showing her sitting in a 'big girl chair' for the first time. The 32-year-old actress, who left the ITV soap earlier this year to go on maternity leave, shared the photo on her official Facebook page, Isabel Hodgins and Family.

Baby Georgie's Growth Milestone

In the post, Georgie, born on February 11, 2026, at 1:02am weighing 8lbs 5oz, is seen sitting upright in a pink high chair, looking alert and curious. The caption read: 'In her big girl chair.' The image quickly garnered an outpouring of love from fans, with one commenting: 'A bet it’s emotional for you as you seen her turn from a newborn in to little girl who wants to sit up,' and another adding: 'Aww she is a proper little lady now!!' Both comments were liked by Isabel.

Life as a First-Time Mum

Since welcoming Georgie with husband Adam Whitehead, whom she married in Manchester last year, Isabel has been sharing regular updates on social media about her journey into motherhood. In a recent video posted to her Facebook page, she recounted a heartwarming encounter at the Trafford Centre. While feeding Georgie at an M&S cafe, she accepted help from a stranger who offered to cut up her food. 'I was riding solo, wasn't I, and this lovely woman came up to me and went, 'Do you want me to cut your food up for you?'' Isabel said. 'I took the opportunity and I said, 'That would be so kind of you, thank you so much!' So she cut up my salmon for me.' She added: 'I just thought, aren't mums and aren't people gorgeous. No disrespect to dads, but a dad didn't offer and a mum did! I hope this lovely lady gets all the nice, kind karma in the world.'
