Emmerdale star Lawrence Robb, known for playing Mackenzie Boyd, is in a relationship with West End actress Pamela Blair. The actor, 34, called Blair 'a keeper' during a 2025 appearance on ITV's Lorraine after she saved him from forgetting his outfit for the show.

Who is Lawrence Robb?

Lawrence Robb was born in Glasgow on 7 November 1991. He joined the ITV soap Emmerdale in October 2020 as Mackenzie Boyd, the long-lost sibling of Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb). Despite sharing the same surname and Scottish background, the two actors are not related. Before Emmerdale, Robb appeared in the TV series I Hate Suzie in 2020.

On-Screen Drama

Since joining the soap, Mackenzie has been involved in major storylines. He became a father to Reuben after a brief encounter with Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland), married Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins), and was abducted by serial killer John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth). Recently, Mackenzie discovered that Charity is the biological mother of baby Leyla after her affair with his best friend Ross Barton (Mike Parr). He is now urging Charity to expose Dr. Todd (Caroline Harker) for sexual assault.

'She's a Keeper'

During a 2025 interview on ITV's Lorraine, host Lorraine Kelly revealed that Robb had forgotten his outfit for the show. Blair saved the day by retrieving his clothes and taking the tube to deliver them. Robb said: 'My gorgeous girlfriend left halfway through our car journey here and went back to the house to grab it and then got the tube here... it was very dramatic. She's a keeper.'

Robb frequently shares photos with Blair on his Facebook page, giving fans a glimpse into his personal life.
