Emmerdale spoilers reveal a victim in a flash-forward crime scene, as Charity Dingle finally tells the truth about Dr Todd and tensions rise across the village.
Charity Confesses to Blackmail
Charity confesses to the police that Caitlin Todd was blackmailing her. DS Reid agrees to take a statement but warns it will be treated separately from the sexual assault charge, leaving Charity dismayed that her confession may have been for nothing. Reeling, Charity regrets revealing the truth, believing she has failed to protect Sarah and that Dr Todd will still escape a sexual assault charge. Mack is concerned when Charity insists on putting on a brave face and attending Leyla's christening despite her troubles.
Serena's Mystery Deepens
Sarah becomes suspicious when Serena mentions she knows about Robert's murderous brother, John Sugden. Despite this, Sarah discovers that Serena has been living out of her car and offers her a place to stay for the night.
Kev Returns to the Village
Claudette is thrilled when Kev appears and offers him a place to stay. Kev reveals to Charles and Claudette that he has a son, Lewis, who wants nothing to do with him. Saddened when Kev talks about running away, Claudette strongly buoys him up, insisting he is a good man who deserves his family and that he should continue to pursue a relationship with Lewis. Robert is made up when Kev suggests getting the ball rolling on their divorce. Shortly after, tensions rise in the cafe when Nicola catches Kev filling up the bucket to clean his trailer in the cafe toilets. Nicola is absolutely determined to get Kev out of the village.
Flash-Forward Crime Scene
In a flash-forward, a crime scene is shown as a flash photograph is taken, briefly revealing the victim. Cain is alerted by Lydia that Kyle possesses Graham's watch and questions why. Cain is shocked when Graham reveals that Kyle was responsible for setting the fires at Emmerdale Farm. Furious that Kyle confided in Graham instead of him, Cain asks Kyle if Graham's claim is true. Will his son tell the truth? Kev ponders where he knows Serena from.
