Former England and Liverpool striker Emile Heskey has publicly confirmed his new relationship with Jade Slusarczyk, the former partner of snooker legend Jimmy White, by sharing affectionate posts on Instagram. The 48-year-old retired footballer announced his new status after separating from his wife of over 20 years, Chantelle Heskey.
New Romance with Former Miss Blackpool
Heskey has been showcasing his romance with Jade Slusarczyk, 40, a former Miss Blackpool and Sky Sports Walk-on Girl who has appeared at events such as the Snooker Shootout, Mosconi Cup Pool, and Darts tournaments. The pair were first spotted together on the red carpet at the Ricky Hatton tribute event at Manchester's AO Arena in June, where they arrived hand in hand.
Jade previously dated six-time world snooker champion Jimmy White, 63, from 2018 until their split. Despite the age gap, White had publicly dismissed concerns, telling The Sun in 2021: "It's a miracle she fancies me. But she doesn't care about the age difference, so why should I? She's my girlfriend and she's fit so I'm happy. She's a beautiful girl, inside and out."
Instagram Official Posts
Jade has now tagged Heskey in her social media posts, with the duo exchanging red love heart emoji comments. Sharing a photo of Heskey with his arm around her waist, Jade wrote: "Great night as always with this one @theemileheskey [two red love heart emojis]. Supporting Operation Bullseye II. Darts Players V Military." Her sister Lucia commented: "Stunning as always Sis … Lovely photo of you both … We love you more xxxxxxx."
Split from Wife Chantelle
The new romance comes a year after Heskey's split from his wife Chantelle, 43, whom he married in 2014 after a long relationship. The couple are reportedly in the process of divorcing, having kept their separation private. A source told the Manchester Evening News that the couple had simply "grown apart" due to work commitments.
Heskey first met Chantelle when she was an 18-year-old waitress in Liverpool, while he was 23 and playing for Liverpool after a spell at Leicester City. At the time, Heskey was dating Kylee Pinsent, with whom he shares three children. After a brief split, Heskey and Chantelle reunited a year later, got engaged in 2006, and finally married in a lavish Cheshire ceremony in 2014.
Heskey's Football Career
Emile Heskey earned 62 caps for England, scoring seven goals, and played for clubs including Leicester City, Liverpool, Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic, and Aston Villa. He was part of Liverpool's treble-winning side in 2001 and later worked as a football ambassador and coach.
