The 38-year-old singer shared the sun-drenched photos on Instagram on Thursday, showcasing her gym-honed figure in a variety of swimsuits, including a Fenty bikini. In one shot, she cradled a coconut, while another captured her reading a book on the beach. She captioned the carousel simply: 'Carbs.'
The holiday comes just days after Goulding reportedly made her relationship with Minniear, 28, public. The couple were spotted together at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, attending the heavyweight boxing match between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois.
This is Goulding's first known romance since a brief fling with surf instructor Armando Perez, following her separation from husband Caspar Jopling, with whom she shares four-year-old son Arthur. The singer announced the split last year, stating they had been 'privately separated for some time' and remained close friends.
A source told The Sun: 'Ellie is into Beau and they have a lot of shared interests like exercise and art. They’ve been having fun together and they certainly make for an attractive couple.' Minniear has appeared in a handful of US TV and film roles, including Night at the Eagle Inn and Bad Haircut.
