Ruth Langsford has paid a touching tribute to her husband Eamonn Holmes as the couple celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary over the weekend. The 62-year-old presenter took to Instagram to share a selfie of the pair, alongside a heartfelt message expressing her enduring love.
In the post, Ms Langsford wrote: "Happy Anniversary my love @eamonnholmes. Love you then. Love you still. Always have. Always will." The photograph, believed to have been taken during a recent holiday, shows the couple cosying up against a coastal backdrop, both wearing sunglasses.
The couple, who tied the knot at The Elvetham hotel in Hampshire in 2010, have been together since around 1997. They share a son, Jack, aged 20, while Mr Holmes also has three children from a previous marriage. He has previously described his wife as the "missing jigsaw piece" in his life.
The anniversary post attracted nearly 30,000 likes, with several celebrities sending their congratulations. Emmerdale star Lisa Riley called them a "dream team", while Carol Vorderman recalled seeing them together for the first time, describing them as a "perfect pair". Loose Women panellist Kéllé Bryan and former panellist Saira Khan also offered warm wishes.
Ms Langsford and Mr Holmes are well known for their presenting partnership, most notably on ITV's This Morning, and have also appeared together on Celebrity Gogglebox.
