Dua Lipa and Callum Turner Move to US Days After Wedding

Dua Lipa and Callum Turner have made a significant life-changing decision just days after their lavish second wedding in Italy. The 30-year-old singer and the 36-year-old actor, who initially married in a low-key ceremony in London, have now decided to move to America for at least seven months as Callum prepares to film back-to-back movies.

Second Wedding Extravaganza

The couple tied the knot for the second time in a spectacular three-day celebration in Palermo, Sicily, reportedly costing £1.5 million. The event was attended by celebrities including Charli XCX, Mark Ronson, Tove Lo, and Donatella Versace. Music legend Sir Elton John is said to have performed at the wedding, where Dua wore two dresses and stayed up until 6am.

Prior to the Italian bash, the pair married at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, a venue popular with stars like Liam Gallagher, Paul McCartney, and Ringo Starr. Dua opted for a white blazer over a matching dress, paired with white gloves and a large white hat, while Callum wore a navy suit.

Relocation to America

The newlyweds, who currently live in London, will relocate to the United States due to Callum's upcoming film projects. He is set to star in a remake of the horror film Possession alongside Margaret Qualley, despite not being a fan of the genre. He will also appear in the baseball film The Comebacker with Tom Hanks, playing major league pitcher Nathan Couture, whose life is disrupted by a head injury.

Callum, who has been tipped to play the next James Bond by George Clooney, remains tight-lipped about the possibility. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, he said, "I know as much as you do — really, I know as much as you do." He also shared insights into married life with Dua, stating, "We work jobs where we have to go around the world. We make sure that we're together as much as possible."

George Clooney previously expressed his support for Callum as Bond, saying, "I hope Callum ends up being the next Bond. He would be a great Bond. He's tall and handsome and charming and British."
