Artist Dina Broadhurst has listed her three-bedroom apartment in Sydney's Darling Point for $11.5 million, after purchasing it for $5.2 million in 2022 with her ex Max Shepard. The 46-year-old, known for her nude art, spent two years renovating the property, which involved a complete interior demolition.
The harbourside apartment, located 3km from the CBD, features views of Double Bay, a gourmet marble kitchen, oak floors, vintage Murano wall lights, a sunken wine wall, and a gas fireplace. Broadhurst showcased the home in an Instagram video this week.
The listing comes amid Broadhurst's reported romance with John Winning, CEO of Winning Appliances. The pair are said to have started dating in March and attended a rave in California together in April. Friends describe them as 'quite smitten'.
